Thirsty Wait
Thirsty Wait is HoloMemory sample No. 25 in The Last Caretaker.
Nobody is doing anything here. They're all waiting, and that's the point. The whole day has been reduced to the narrow hope that one machine will start working again. Every bucket in that line is a reminder that thirst never feels dramatic in the beginning. It's a growing presence that waits alongside you and never leaves.
Multiple subjects of varying size gathered around an inactive water-processing unit. They hold water containers in a posture of waiting. One subject appears engaged in repair efforts.
