Rooftop Wait
Rooftop Wait is HoloMemory sample No. 85 in The Last Caretaker.
The rooftop isn't their home, but it's the last part of their home still above water. They rescued the dog because love isn't practical. Unfortunately, the rest of the world is coldly practical. So, this family waits together on top of the highest piece of what used to be theirs, trying to make the area comfortable as they wait for a rescue that never comes.
Three adult subject and one quadruped subject positioned on an elevated surface. All subjects are orienting towards the sea. Flood isolation evident.
