Haircut Corner
Haircut Corner is HoloMemory sample No. 34 in The Last Caretaker.
Cutting a child's hair does nothing to improve their chances of survival, but that's what makes the act meaningful. The parent still wanted the child to feel seen, clean, and still human. Even as the world collapses, this family made time to groom themselves. They didn't do it for their bodies, but for their souls, so that they wouldn't go feral.
One seated child subject. One standing adult subject performing fine hand motions near the child subject's head region. Grooming activity a strong possibility.
