The wheelchair slows down the evacuation effort, and that's exactly why this matters. Survival always rewards speed, strength, and the ability to maneuver. This person refuses that logic. Against all odds, they push, pull, lift, and keep the wheelchair steady. When survival completely abandons the slow, vulnerable, and fragile, it has already lost an essential part of its purpose.
