Porch Sleep
Porch Sleep is HoloMemory sample No. 112 in The Last Caretaker.
They're close enough to their home to touch it, but they can't go inside. There's a wound here. The porch has become a border between staying and leaving, safety and memory, shelter and risk. They sleep outside because their bodies had to rest somewhere, even if their minds couldn't make a decision.

Two adult subjects and one child subject in various postures of idleness on the exterior side of a residential access point. Carrying bags nearby.
