Family Ledger is HoloMemory sample No. 94 in The Last Caretaker.
They're trying to make a disaster more understandable. They're using a whiteboard to plan out their actions. By reducing a disaster down to names, routes, rooms, numbers, arrows... fear can be turned into a task. Humans do this whenever situations become too large to survive emotionally.
