Early Code
Early Code is Cave painting sample No. 666 in The Last Caretaker.
This surface holds several kinds of memory at once: animals, signs, repeated marks, and unresolved symbols. Orbit records it as early coded thinking. Humans were learning that meaning didn't always require a full picture. A mark could be used to symbolize food, route, warning, group, or story.

Collection of abstract signs, symbolic forms, and animal-like shapes scattered across stone.
